1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Real Estate Studio ('we', 'us', or 'our'), including real estate photography and videography services. By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients may request rescheduling based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Scope of Services

We provide high-quality photography and videography services for real estate listings, properties, and commercial spaces.

The services include standard image editing. Additional editing requests may be subject to extra charges.

Any special requests must be communicated before the session.

5. Rights and Usage

We retain the copyright to all images and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for marketing and promotional purposes.

Images and videos may not be sold, altered, or transferred without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to use the media for our own promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

The property must be clean and staged prior to the scheduled shoot.

The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If access is denied or delayed, additional fees may apply.

We are not responsible for any items left in the property that appear in the photos or videos.

7. Liability and Indemnification

We will take all reasonable precautions to provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the use of our media.

8. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery for photos is typically within 24-48 hours, while videos may take up to 5 business days. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services. No refunds will be provided for completed work.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please review these terms periodically.
